It's all about the Boots!

A very important item on the gear list for your hunt with SNS Outfitter is without a doubt the right boots for the hunt.

A very important item on the gear list for your hunt with SNS Outfitter is without a doubt the right boots for the hunt. In my opinion this is the second most important item to get it right when preparing for your hunt. Obviously, the right firearm or bow matched with the right ammo or arrows would rank as #1 on the list. The type of boots we suggest you bring varies on the hunt and the time of year you are hunting with us. We prepared an in depth list to help you make the right decision so you are prepared for your hunt in Wyoming.

Wyoming Antelope Hunting generally takes place in mild to warm conditions and prairie terrain.

This hunt involves lots of walking in mild to moderate terrain, so a lightweight boot with good ankle support is usually your best bet. A November Montana Mule Deer Hunt can be very cold but still require lots of hiking so a tall insulated leather boot is a good choice. Riding a horse for hours in October on our Trophy Bull Elk Hunt also requires a specialized boot. You need a boot that can keep your feet warm yet still be able to hike in steep terrain.

Please take the time to read the list we have prepared so you come out with the right boots and ready for that dream hunt with SnS Outfitter & Guides.
