Trophy Antelope Hunt
Trophy Antelope Hunt
Recognized as our most sought-after antelope hunt, the properties harbor hundreds of antelope, ensuring mature bucks within every herd.
Conducted across our meticulously managed ranches, our Trophy Antelope Hunts boast an abundance of these magnificent creatures, providing nearly continuous action. With an impressive lifetime success rate of 97%, this adventure is a testament to SNS’ commitment to excellence.
Our hunts, whether from camp or town, are designed for maximum excitement. Town-based expeditions, centered in Casper, commence with early breakfasts before venturing into the field with your guide, utilizing 4x4 vehicles. Armed with binoculars and spotting scopes, we meticulously locate and assess pronghorn bucks, planning strategic stalks for a close, ethical harvest.
A Trophy Antelope, defined by a 13-inch horn or longer and a Safari Club International score of 70 or more, is the ultimate goal. Exceeding our minimum standards is common due to our dedicated approach. Given the potential difficulty in drawing trophy hunt areas, enrollment in our preference point program is strongly recommended for optimal hunting opportunities.

Record Book Antelope Hunt
Record Book Antelope Hunt:
We carefully manage our ranches and limit the number of record book antelope hunts we take every year.
Having outstanding habitat and large numbers of mature bucks is only part of the equation. Antelope are the hardest big game animal to score on the hoof. They may look alike to the average hunter, but not to the seasoned guide. SNS boasts a remarkable lifetime success rate of 97%, often achieving scores over 80 inches SCI.
Utilizing 4x4 vehicles, both hunts involve extensive glassing to spot antelope until your guide identifies the one you have been looking for. The excitement peaks during the strategic stalk, utilizing every inch of terrain to get within range of a record book antelope, defined as one with 14-16 inches of horn length. An antelope qualifies for record book status when it scores in the high 70s and above using the Safari Club International scoring system.
As record book hunt areas may be challenging to draw, enrolling in our preference point program is highly recommended. This premium antelope hunt is perfect for experienced hunters seeking an extraordinary experience. Don’t wait, as spots fill up fast for this top-of-the-line adventure.

Random Antelope Application Program
Your Best Chance at a Wyoming or Montana Antelope Hunt!
Pronghorn antelope hunting is our most popular big game hunt and one of the most abundant opportunities in Wyoming and Montana. Due to high demand, our antelope hunts sell out quickly, especially in areas that require minimal preference points. Our 0-2 point hunt areas are often booked a year in advance.
To help hunters experience the thrill of a Western antelope hunt, SNS Outfitter & Guides created the Random Antelope Program. This program takes advantage of the random license draw system in Wyoming and Montana, offering clients a chance to secure a trophy antelope hunt, even without preference points.
How the Random Draw Works
- Wyoming: The state allocates 25% of its non-resident antelope licenses through a random draw. Some of our top trophy antelope hunt areas have draw odds of 10-20%.
- Montana: All non-resident antelope licenses are issued randomly, with an estimated 10% draw success rate in our primary hunt area.
How to Enroll in the SNS Random Antelope Application Program
- Complete the Booking Form. Download our Booking Form, fill it out, and return it along with the appropriate license fees and a $250 deposit. Be sure to indicate that you want to be placed in the Random Antelope Draw and specify whether you are applying for Wyoming, Montana, or both to increase your chances.
- We submit your application. Once we receive your form and deposit, SNS Outfitter & Guides will submit your antelope license application to the appropriate wildlife agency—Wyoming Game & Fish or Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks—before the state’s deadline.
- If you draw a license, your hunt is confirmed. We will arrange your hunt dates and collect the remaining 50% hunt deposit to finalize your booking. Wyoming typically releases draw results mid-June, while Montana announces results around August 1.
- If you do not draw a license, you get priority for next season. Our office will contact you and offer first-choice hunt dates for the following year. By accepting, you will have 100% draw odds and guarantee your hunt for the next season. At this time, the 50% hunt deposit will be due. If you choose not to rebook, we will refund your license fees and deposit (minus application and processing fees).
