Mule Deer, Pronghorn Antelope Or Elk Hunt In Wyoming

Hunt 2

Wyoming Hunting Camp Envy... where the Mule Deer, Elk & Antelope roam!

One of our original hunting camps that has been around for 30+ years providing a great place for our hunters to make memories.

This hunt offers an incredible expanse of mule deer and antelope habitat totaling more than 30,000 acres. We have been managing this ranch for more than 30 years.

Early October is the perfect time to book a combination mule deer and antelope hunt. The area produces 13”-15” antelope on average and mule deer with spreads of 20-26 inches and most sport 4 X 4 racks. Access roads are plentiful, and all hunts are conducted using 4x4 vehicles.

Hunters wake up to a hot breakfast and will leave camp before daylight. Vehicles are often used to cover and glass an area, or you may park the vehicle to hunt an area on foot. A great deal of glassing and a careful stalk will often result in an opportunity to harvest a dream buck. The antelope and mule deer hunts take place from the same camp. Success typically runs 100% on shot opportunities, with a 95-100% harvest rate for deer and antelope bucks. The property is made up of areas of Ponderosa pine-covered hills and steep draws lined with sage. This ranch also has plenty of rolling plains and cottonwood creek bottoms. Making it a great habitat for both mule deer and pronghorn antelope.

Preference points are essential to draw both the mule deer and antelope licenses.

This hunt is very popular with our clients and therefore often booked a year or two out. Please call for availability.

In 2022 SNS started offering cow elk hunts on this property.

The elk population in this area is thriving and offers a great hunt for cow elk. We will use 4 X 4 vehicles to access the area along with plenty of hiking.

Starting in 2023 we are offering a management bull elk hunt on this property as well.

This hunt area has a very high percentage of bull elk in the population which has necessitated the removal of excess bulls. The hunt requires antlered elk with five (5) points or less on either antler to be hunted. Our guides will work with you to make sure a legal bull is taken. This is a very high success and quality hunt. We are offering a very limited number of these elk hunts. Trucks will be used to access the hunt area with hiking involved, no horses will be used. The license draw is currently 100% and will use your Wyoming elk preference points.

Testimonials

My guide was fantastic! He was very patient and tailored the hunt to exactly what I wanted. Hunting with my guide was like hunting with a good friend.
Fresh back home from a great hunt near Wright. Took a solid mule deer and a dandy antelope. For my first goat, I couldn't be more pleased. Want to send out my thanks and give my guide Brad a shout out.
One of the best hunts I have had over my 35 years of guided hunting trips. As you cowboys say “this was not my first rodeo” I have well over 200 hunts under my belt, this was one of the best!
