From now through September 30^th, Wyoming’s preference point application period for nonresident hunters is now open. If you are thinking about hunting in Wyoming in 2016, this is a very important reminder! This is your chance to pick up a Wyoming Preference Point before next year’s big game drawings.

Here at SNS Outfitter & Guides, licenses for many of our hunts can be drawn without preference points. However, we recommend purchasing a preference point just to ensure a successful draw, especially for some of our antelope and mule deer hunts.

For a few of our hunts, preference points are required. These include our record book antelope hunts, Greys River trophy mule deer hunts and private land bull elk hunts. If you have an interest in one of these hunts, please contact us for details on preference point requirements.

If you would like to apply for a point in Wyoming this year, we encourage you to sign up for our Preference Point Program. We can handle the application process for you. Not only does this save you time and hassle, but when you book a hunt with us, we will deduct the cost of your points from the cost of the hunt. When all is said and done, your Wyoming preference points won’t cost you anything!
