SNS Holds Biennial Employee Meeting
The “off season” doesn’t mean we’re not busy around here at SNS Outfitter & Guides! Just before the Wyoming hunting season kicked off with spring bear, we held our biennial employee meeting and CPR/First Aid Training. Every other year, we gather all of our guides and employees, some of whom come from all over the U.S. We use this opportunity to renew First Aid Certifications, cover any necessary training and prepare for the coming season. And of course, it’s a great time to catch up and have some fun together as a team.
The weekend started with a social event on Friday night for everyone to catch up. Then first thing on Saturday morning, we jumped right into our CPR and First Aid training. Throughout the day on Saturday, we also met with Wyoming Game & Fish officers to discuss any changes in wildlife laws that might apply to our guides and staff. We heard from a couple of our favorite taxidermists on how changes to interstate game laws affect their business, and what information we need to give them when dropping off animals.
Saturday concluded with a staff banquet, where we took the opportunity to recognize all the hard work that has taken place over the past two years, and of course laugh at many of the funny stories from our hunting camps.
At SNS, we pride ourselves on having one of the very best outfitting teams in the country. Our guides and staff are all extremely hard-working and passionate about what they do. SNS wouldn’t be what it is without all of these dedicated individuals!

SNS is Wyoming’s top outfitter and the number one antelope outfitter in North America. With more than 700,000 acres of private land, we offer more opportunity than any other outfitter in the state. We offer hunts for deer, antelope, elk, black bear and moose.
